Nitrogen Pumps Specifications
Superior operates advanced nitrogen pumping equipment with pressure capabilities up to 10,000 psi and variable pumping volumes, depending on the cold-end pump size used. These nitrogen units are equipped with diesel engines, vaporizers, and cryogenic triplex pumps. A range of fluid-end sizes is available to ensure efficient performance across all required pressure levels. The gas is discharged at temperatures between 90°F and 120°F across all flow rates, regardless of climatic conditions. Units are available in skid-mounted, trailer-mounted, or body-load truck configurations, each carrying either a 2,000 or 4,000-gallon nitrogen tank.
